Vendor Information
Participation is easy. Just select the dates and the size of spot needed. Tell us about yourself so we can do promotion. We will send a confirmation email to confirm our availability for your request.
To sign up as a food vendor, select the dates you can join us and what you will be serving so we can promote it. Please note, we will follow up requesting photos of your booth/product to allow us to share more about your booth.
We reserve the right to contact and not permit any vendor who is selling something that doesn’t promote our market in a safe/ethical way.
Our market can safely hold 35 vendors and 2 food stands or food trucks per date. You will be notified if the date you select is fully booked and you will be put on a waiting list.

We have small spots available that are 12x12 and will accommodate a tent and table. These are intended for you to unload your items and park your car behind our event space.
Our large space is intended to keep your car parked behind you for easy access to your goodies. This large space fits your vehicle, tent and table.

Our event space opens at 8:00 a.m. with plenty of time to set up before the event.
We strive to have extra volunteers to help with set up and take down at each event.
Bathrooms are available inside our building and a volunteer is happy to stand by your table while you’re away.

Please bring payment with you to your first event if you are a vendor.
We accept cash or check.
Vendor Stand:

Food Stands/Food Trucks:
-No charge

We will limit to 2 food stands per event date.
Food Trucks will comply to City of Cedarburg permit to attend event.
Food stands are required to bring everything for set up including plates, napkins, and silverware for event.
Garbage cans are provided at event, and we will dispose of garbage.

Vendor Set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. The market opens for shoppers at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 1:00 p.m.
